Fire-Retardant Gear Policy

• Within 30 Days: If your FR gear shows excessive wear within 30 days, upload photos in Return Rabbit, and we’ll replace it for free.

• After 30 Days (But Before 60 Days): If wear occurs after 30 days but within 60 days, submit photos, and we’ll send you a 20% discount for your next purchase as a thank-you for your hard work.

• Note: Due to the nature of welding work, normal wear and tear is expected after 30 days.
